Return policy
At Daluz Beauty , we do not accept returns on our products, except in cases where the item has arrived defective or damaged .
If you receive a defective product or one with damaged parts, you must provide proof of this when you open the package upon receiving your order . In these cases, we will replace the defective product , but we do not issue refunds .
Refunds for withdrawal from the contract will not be accepted, in accordance with consumer and user regulations, except in the cases mentioned above.
Conditions of Replacement
- Initial shipping costs will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part or you received a defective or incorrect product.
- The customer will be responsible for the direct costs of the return , unless otherwise indicated by us.
- Product replacement will be processed as soon as we confirm the defect.
To begin the return process for a defective item, please follow the procedures provided and contact us as soon as possible.
